Apartment update

I was at my apartment today. The built in closet and cabinet have been fixed. So it is pretty much complete except for the broken glass window. A few residents have already moved in but I wonder how could they bear to stay in an apartment block where 50% of the units are being renovated. The dirt and especially the noisy is simply unbearable.
