Customer Service Representative
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)

Responsibilities:
• Process request for price quotes and material lead-times.
• Process new orders, change orders and prepare schedule reports for the customer.
• Manage open back log, expedite internal departments to influence production & shipping schedules.
• Resolve invoicing problems.
• Drive customer specific order requirements through internal departments.
• Process ship & debits and work closely with internal departments for approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments for creating new accounts.
• Process failure analysis and material returns, coordinate with quality and customers for closure.
• Validate and process credit requests.
• Process daily workflow and identify root cause and drive corrective actions.
• Manage customer inventory programs and prepare status reports to management.
• Identify problem process issues and drive improvements though management.

Requirements:
• Strong MS Excel skills along with other MS Office products.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
• Individual must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with all levels of management with teams or individual contributor.
• SAP and multinational business experience a plus.
• Ability to speak Korean or French is an added advantage.
