living in those blocks of the University student apartments and asked them to turn on or off the lights at 8pm that night ...

Wow, is it marvellous ???!!!! You can see the "I Love U" shape lights
on!!! Then, there came over hundreds of students coming to see this "unexpected beautiful & touching" scene !!!
