No to Penang's 2nd link
At RM2.6billion, Penang's new link is just too costly, says Samy.

well, i for one am happy that the 2nd link project had been dropped. hip hip hurray! (ok ok, don't say "wait till you travel to and from mainland/island!")
i had blog about this once long ago. it doesn't necessarily mean the 2nd link might solve the traffic problems.
ok don't ask me for further say-say as it'll be a long one. if anything, i'll say-say it in my own blog.
