Data Analyst
Location: Bayan Lepas - Penang

Responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for analyzing sales data and compiling reports, developing sales metrics and assigning Sales Targets.

- Serve as a contact for reporting, including continuous communication, coordination and cooperation with the WW Sales and the IT Team.

- Provide expertise concerning requirements, sources of data and development of new reports.

- Facilitate and drive periodic Forecast Reviews with the Japan and Asia Pacific regions.

- Continuously identify the need to revise reporting based on the changing business needs and provide insight on process improvement around Sales Reporting and Forecasting processes.

- Responsible to coordinate with Sales to obtain and manage POS & Inventory Reporting from Distributors on a monthly basis in order to manage report more accurately and Sales to manage the channel more efficiently.

- Administer and maintain POS coding for revenue reporting and analysis.

- Work with Sales and Finance to maintain and administer Customer Master Data in SAP on a WW basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

- 2-3 years of Sales experience.

- Good working knowledge of SAP. Strong MS Excel skills along with other MS Office products.

- Analytical individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.

- Individual must be fluent in English.

- Proven ability to interface with senior management.

- Ability to work independently.
