Bonus day
Today is bonus day and I got my bonus today. Time for celebration? I don't think so. It's a miserable 0.6 bonus on top of the 13th month salary I get every year. Now, can you tell me how pathetic is that? I hear other people are getting 3 months, and some even 4 months bonus. This fuctory sucks.

well KS, at least you are better than me... got bonus pun. me nothing! no bonus at all. as you might or might not be aware, i am working for the church (that's why i have lots of church/god stuffs to blog on being active in its activities) and in my 6 years working for it, never once got bonus. only one year was given a miserable RM200 as token only. same goes for the other more than 10 colleagues of mine of course.
of course the reason is not the church is poor but on the contrary, the opposite! :)

lucia - u r working for a church so its different, u cannot complain! hehe. i work for a profit making entity, but a rather kiam siap one...
on the contrary, KS, the church is VERY rich, that's why i'm complaining.
btw, i'm not working for a church (individual church) but THE church (office by itself. like a HQ or resource centre).

Glad you ask - The highest I got was tadaaa...drool ok? 6 mths! 2 mths contractual + 4 mths durian runtuh. Not to mention employees share option. Walau-eh, good old days. I heard from my ex-colleagues that after I left in 1998, they no more bonus liao. Company also toh tnah liao.
5xmom - dare not tell the boss that. scared being blacklisted and no bonus or salary increment next year and onwards. just accept what is given and whine about it here, better this way!
