Shipment to Colombo, Sri Lanka

Just came back from a bbq party sort of to celebrate and welcome the new year. I was speaking to a shipping executive and she told me that Tzu Chi had just sent a container consisting of food stuff, clothes...etc... by vessel to Colombo, Sri Lanka - to help the tsunami victims. They seemed to have a problem as they don't know who to contact to clear the cargo. Anyway, the shipping exec I met had already advised them to get in touch with the shipping agent's counterpart in Colombo to arrange for clearance when the vessel arrives.
