Heavyweight and featherweight blogs
Blogs can be classified into 2 main categories - the heavyweights and the featherweights.
The heavyweights blogs are typically more incline towards serious stuff that affects many people to a certain extent. Heavyweights blogs are like Screenshots... and Brand New Malaysian. They rant about many things that little kids like me don't have a clue. These kinda blogs are on the "heavier" side cos you need to sacrifice a couple of brain cells in order to digest them. At times, they can be rather dry, dull and boring.
The featherweights are of coz blogs like this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one and this one to name just a few. They bitch about their day to day life, experiences, who they hate, who they like, basically anything and everything under the sky or beyond. They are always interesting if you are a "kay poh chee" or nosy fella always prying into the affairs of others.

you forgot lightweight.... which is what i am. in between heavyweight and featherweight. or some would say, comes to no weight at all. :)
it really depends on your interest. to each his/her own. like one's man meat is one man's poison. you may find jeff's (screenshot) and mack's (brand malaysian) blogs boring and dry, dull and boring but others may find them very interesting. OTOH, others (maybe like jeff and mack?) might find featherweight blogs dull and boring! (oops. sorry for speaking the obvious).
the best blogs i like are funnies e.g. drliew and viewtru (stepping aside for reality). and blogs that have lots of variety... blogs that will shock you, like sixthseal is good too.

huh sweetspirit? i thought the blog you have now in public - http://www.sweetspirits.blogdrive.com/ - is already a bitchy blog. well ks mentioned it as bitchy. oh you mean you have another bitchier blog. :)
another thing i notice is like the phrase 'birds of a feather flock together' so does bloggers of same weight flock together! (making comments). e.g. sweetspirit wouldn't touch my blog since we are of different feather/weight. ;)
eh how can u say that bloggers of same weight only flock together? I read anything.. blabla this is gonna come out with the rules of blogging and all.. aihs.. blogging is blogging lor... i agree on heavyweight and lightweight.. but dont have to elaborate until SO MUCh KUAA :P
If people do not like the blog, people do not visit and hence, no comment. How can Lucia label others who do not visit her blog as 'birds of a feather' then? Probably Lucia's blog sucks and no one visit? Think about that, Lucia?
