Someone told me to buy Toshiba wor. I dunno about Presario but Wingz said HP can burn your kkc and cook your balls if you put on your laptop on your laptop. And dun buy Acer (like mine).

What's the GPU for both? Personally, I will not consider any laptop without dedicated GPU.
Intel Centrino Core2 Duo is the latest processor in the market, as well as the fastest (beating AMD) for now. Intel Centrino Core Duo processor (note without #2) is the older version.
The RM300 difference is on the processor version and hard disk size 120GB-80GB = 40GB.
So, if you need lots of space (lots of files and programs to be installed) and speed (gaming, broadband, entertainment, etc), go for Presario V3204.
Sometimes it's not the brand that matters but the models and customization. Every company has churn out low quality but cheap to high end models but $$$.

If you want to buy HP, buy CarePack too for additional after service support. It may come in handy when you have problems with it.
