Data Analyst
Location: Bayan Lepas - Penang

Responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for analyzing sales data and compiling reports, developing sales metrics and assigning Sales Targets.

- Serve as a contact for reporting, including continuous communication, coordination and cooperation with the WW Sales and the IT Team.

- Provide expertise concerning requirements, sources of data and development of new reports.

- Facilitate and drive periodic Forecast Reviews with the Japan and Asia Pacific regions.

- Continuously identify the need to revise reporting based on the changing business needs and provide insight on process improvement around Sales Reporting and Forecasting processes.

- Responsible to coordinate with Sales to obtain and manage POS & Inventory Reporting from Distributors on a monthly basis in order to manage report more accurately and Sales to manage the channel more efficiently.

- Administer and maintain POS coding for revenue reporting and analysis.

- Work with Sales and Finance to maintain and administer Customer Master Data in SAP on a WW basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

- 2-3 years of Sales experience.

- Good working knowledge of SAP. Strong MS Excel skills along with other MS Office products.

- Analytical individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.

- Individual must be fluent in English.

- Proven ability to interface with senior management.

- Ability to work independently.

Office workout

Had a good workout in da opis yesterday morning moving stuff like files, cabinets, chairs and "sampah thang". Shifted to the new place and hot like hell until "Tai fu" wet!

Weekend cramps

No!! It's not me menstruating during the weekend if this entry title made u think so. What were u thinking?

Bah! It's every single muscle from the neck down to the ankle that is contracting causing severe pain after 3 hours of Step X, Body Combat and Body Step in addition to 2 hours of competitive badminton.

Sifu, I O2 jam till muh fingers cramped~~~ I even dreamt of the Cannon tune last nite, prolly even jamming in muh sleep! Fingers working overtime. Damn... and once again, for the record... I am not menstruating u silly cow! LoL!

Someone said I blog using alien language. Ha! Someone is right. But that someone is not referring to this blog. Anyway, the end of 2006 is the beginning of 2007. Let's hope for peace on earth, let's hope that Iran and North Korea will stop their nuclear programs and while we are hoping, let's not forget to hope that Aliens from outer space will not attack earth ... haha!
