Late night supper

One night after a couple drinks too many - we ended up at this Mexican place which I could not recall the name and had Tacos for supper on the trunk of my rental car.

While in San Jose my coligs and I went to this Mexican restaurant for dinner. And the story goes like this... Mexicans love their beans

My ride last week

No no no... All I really got for the week was a lousy big ass American make. But once again, it's Red!

Continental Bakery, Nagore Road

Working in the Bayan Lepas area, my colleagues and I travel to town for lunch on rare occassions. Last Tuesday was one of those occassions. We went to the world femes Continental Bakery in Nagore Road near Fima - you should know where Fima is if you are Penang kia.

They have one of the best Nasi Lemak.

The spaghetti is pretty good too albeit the small portion but they say good things come in small packages

After the nasi lemak lunch, we walked down the block towards siTigun for some oh kau. Got to know this place from Yuniq.

Dinner at Denny's

Back from Silicon Valley last weekend and on to the daily routine again... but not for long though =) Last week was crazy. It has been a hectic week. But what comes with all the hard work at the end of each single day is to treat oneself with some gastronomous delight. That justifies.

And then I sank my teeth into the tortillas after working my ass off the whole day =) Sweet!

The skewers ... they are just okay jek~ Our shrimps are nicer but they have better turkey, beef and fries and fries and fries. Oh did I say they have the best ~~fires?~~ fries?

Internet down in Silicon Valley

As Silicon Valley gets hit by Internet and telephone outage on Thursday our time, I did not receive any emails over the night.

Normally, I would start to get emails from that part of the world starting 10 pm.

No emails between 11:20 pm yesterday and 7:47 am today. And the last 2 emails received were some info about the internet outage.

Buzy is an understatement

Okay, so after a few weeks back home, yours truly is gonna be back in San Jose again this weekend. This means no more makan-makan pics of me unless I get a chance to snap some pics of me makaning in California.

Weekend lunch

Lunch on weekends is normally at the kopitam opposite where I live. So lunch today is Chinese style fried maggi mee.

Lunch at a Chinese place somewhere in Batu Maung

Last week, I had lunch at this Chinese place that serves a variety of set lunch in Batu Maung. Can't remember the name of the place though. It's a few shops after Little Castle.
The seafood curry is quite tasty.

Me digging in and then some iced tek chia to cool down on a very hot day. Will definitely go to this place again.

Off to Coffee Island again... lepak, sembang and tok kok. Our weekly farewell gathering
