Customer care

I encountered a bad "customer care" experience today via email. There is this chap who doesn't know how to deal with the customers. He's incompetent and he should resign.

To that incompetent "customer care" guy... if you are reading this, I am sorry to say that Customer Service is not your area. You should just quit! I wonder how you ended up in customer service ... Boo!

Cant do that. I blogged about this company b4 in June 05. They sent me an email 2 days ago demanding me to take that post down.
